Joe Hawes

President and CEO

Joe Hawes has been imprinting his positive, service-driven vision on the A/R world as owner and CEO of Hawes Group since 2000. Joe is responsible for strategic and operational management of all Hawes Group companies and their management teams.

Before joining the business in 1989, he was a customer service representative and wholesale auditor for Ford Motor Credit Corporation in San Jose, CA. In addition to his more than twenty years’ experience in the credit and receivable management industry, Joe is an active member in a number of credit and finance organizations and is recognized for his leadership, focus on education, and community involvement.

Joe earned his MBA from the University of Oregon’s Charles Lindquist College of Business Administration.

Vinith Menon

VP Infrastructure Management Services

Vinith is responsible for overseeing all Infrastructure, Network and Database services provided by KG Hawes.

Vinith is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He understands and underpins the implementation of IT Service Strategies (ITIL) supporting customer environments. He is responsible for the cost and quality of solutions delivered from the technical delivery teams including offers, implementation and operations. He manages the identification and tracking, within the delivery teams, of true problems to completion, and assists in the definition, preparation and timely distribution of all operational Service Reporting against SLA’s.

Vinith forms strong business relationships, with the clients of KG Hawes, in an effort to build an understanding of their requirements and business drivers.

Chris DeLess

Chief Technology Officer

Chris joined the Hawes Group in 1999 and has been instrumental to the growth of the Hawes Group companies. His contributions have introduced a number of technologies and procedures to handle issues ranging from security and integration, to matters of efficiency and convenience. He has expanded our web initiative by providing online tools and reporting for our clients, as well as developing intranet knowledge stores and applications to automate processes and create efficiencies that continue to give us our competitive edge.

Chris also oversees the architecture and development of all KG Hawes' products:

  • ARTrail® - Account Receivable Management Platform
  • VoizTrail® - Call Recording, Auditing, and Analytics Suite
  • DocuTrail® – Document Imaging and Archival for Big Data environments
  • RoboDX™ - ETL, Data Integration, Secure File Share

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical consultation for IT Managed Services offerings (i.e., Networking, Data Center, Security)
  • Collaborating with IT operations and executive leadership to support organizational IT needs.
  • Providing direction and representation to business venture partners (Onshore/Offshore) in support of KG Hawes initiatives.
  • Providing engineering consultation and direction for:
      1. IT Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance
      2. Software and Solution Development
      3. HelpDesk / CTS

Chris Watson

Director of Client Success

Chris Watson joined the Hawes Group in 2002. Chris has served in many positions in his 15 years with the debt collection industry, including developing a vast knowledge of current compliance and regulations that encompass the industry. Chris is responsible for software implementation and ensuring client satisfaction.

Chris has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.

Gerald Jonathan

VP Sales and Marketing

Gerald is a management professional with strong acumen and experience across diverse roles with more than 13+ years in building customer engagements, managing key accounts, project management, and overseeing the growth of various products.

In his role with KG Hawes, Gerald is responsible for the management and development of key client engagements across the North American market, and overseeing the successful deployment of various solutions across different verticals including: Healthcare, Government, Outsourcing and Finance.

Gerald has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Toledo, OH.
